The team class
The core program: one protected hour of movement and breath, every week, in your office or online. All levels, and most people who join have never been on a mat.
I bring recurring yoga programs into companies, at the office or over a call. Classes built for bodies that sit all day, on a schedule your team can actually keep.
Illustration: a typical five-day work calendar full of meetings, with two softly highlighted recurring yoga sessions, a Wednesday lunchtime class and a Thursday morning desk reset.
Everything here is recurring by design, because the value of yoga at work compounds weekly, not once a quarter. Music and setup are handled. Everyone brings their own mat.
The core program: one protected hour of movement and breath, every week, in your office or online. All levels, and most people who join have never been on a mat.
Short, chair-based mobility between meetings. No changing clothes, no sweat, just necks, shoulders, wrists and breath, then back to work.
Yin, long holds and guided breathwork to close a sprint or a quarter. Low light, blankets, phones in another room. The class people mention in engagement surveys.
Practice woven into your team gathering, from a single morning session at the offsite to a fully planned weekend retreat out of the city.

A few times a year I take teams out of the building, to breathe slower for a day or two and come back with something shared to point to.
Two nights by the water: morning practice on the jetty, silent walks, long dinners, no agenda after 4pm.
A slower winter weekend: strong morning practice, deep rest in the afternoon, and one long walk in the cold.
One unplugged day outdoors, close enough to the office that nobody has to pack a bag. The easiest yes.
I spent six years working inside corporate companies, and six years building my own practice on the mat. I know the shoulders that come out of a long sprint, because I had them.
In 2025 I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and my breathwork training. I now teach at four studios in Munich and at outdoor locations around the city, in dynamic, vinyasa, power, energizing, yin, and yoga meets pilates formats.
My classes keep returning to the same two things: mindfulness, and self-compassion. No incense, no performance, no pretzel poses required. Just careful, well sequenced movement and breath that leave people better at 2pm than they were at 1.
“It’s the only recurring invite where attendance went up over the year. People plan around Selin’s hour, including me.”
Tell me a little about your company and what you’re hoping for. I’ll reply within a working day with a suggested format, and the first class is on me.

Yoga built around you rather than a timetable. On your own, with your favourite people, or one to one. In a Munich studio, outdoors in the park, or online from wherever you are.
Every class is put together for whoever is in the room, so let’s start with what you actually want. Tap through the options, then send it over as your first message.
Complete beginners and long-time practitioners get the same thing from me: a class shaped around the body that showed up that day.
That is genuinely the whole packing list. Comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and a mat you like lying on.
Every class comes back to these two. Strong when you want strong, soft when you need soft, kind either way.
Tell me what you’re after and I’ll reply within a working day with a suggestion, a time, and what it costs. No packages to commit to, no membership.
